Our return and exchange policy is universal across all of our stores. All items must be returned in the same condition, within 14 days of purchase, and MUST have a receipt. Items must be returned to the same store it was purchased from.
We allow returns and exchanges for synthetic hair, synthetic braiding hair, and synthetic crochet hair.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for human hair, human hair bundles, human hair wigs, ponytails, jewelry, and all other beauty supply products.

We only allow exchanges for appliances, such as clippers, flat irons, curlers, blow dryers, and hot combs if the product is defective.
In the case that an item is defective, it will be exchanged for the same product.
Customer must have a receipt and exchange within 14 days of purchase at the same store it was purchased from.
