    • Our return and exchange policy is universal across all of our stores. All items must be returned in the same condition, within 14 days of purchase, and MUST have a receipt. Items must be returned to the same store it was purchased from.

    • We allow returns and exchanges for synthetic hair, synthetic braiding hair, and synthetic crochet hair.

    • We do not accept returns or exchanges for human hair, human hair bundles, human hair wigs, ponytails, jewelry, and all other beauty supply products.

    • We only allow exchanges for appliances, such as clippers, flat irons, curlers, blow dryers, and hot combs if the product is defective.

    • In the case that an item is defective, it will be exchanged for the same product.

    • Customer must have a receipt and exchange within 14 days of purchase at the same store it was purchased from.
